We had a great time with the kids, the pool was pristine and they had it all to themselves, which made them feel like royalty. The staff treated us like family, especially the lady at the front desk, she really went out of her way to help us with our requests.

The location was perfect for exploring St Augustine, being close to both the historic district and shopping areas. However, the in-room air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, which could use some improvement.
